Wazo Lako, Fursa Yako is the flagship and currently the only core program under the Timiza Ndoto Jiajiri (TNJ) Initiative. The program is designed to support youth with innovative ideas by guiding them through a structured journey from idea conception to real-world impact.

Youth Innovation & Entrepreneurship Training
The training targets youth with promising ideas who have passed the initial screening stage. It focuses on strengthening participants’ ability to transform raw ideas into well-structured, validated, and impactful solutions. Through practical workshops, mentorship sessions, pitching exercises, and evaluation interviews, participants gain real-world entrepreneurial and innovation skills. Unlike one-off motivational sessions, this training emphasizes learning by doing. Youth are guided to test assumptions, clarify problems, refine value propositions, and develop realistic business or impact models. The program also prepares participants for public pitching and stakeholder engagement during the final stage of the competition. This training serves both as a selection mechanism and a capacity-building intervention, ensuring that even those who do not advance to the finals leave with valuable skills, clarity, and confidence to continue developing their ideas independently.
